Smack dab in the the middle of the Nashville
surrounds is a secret place - Meadowlark.
Nestled off Trinity Lane there it is -
complete with hills and dam - a beautiful horse riding ranch and a most
charming and accomplished host/chef. I say this with some authority: I have
had occasion to meet some of the finest chefs known to the planet earth.

This fellow is delightful. Turns out he is
also a master kick boxer and represented America at some tournament or
another. This same man has catered or 'cheffed' for dukes and
duchesses in famous places and can make ice sculptures as good, if not better,
than those I saw on the island resorts and the Lost City. This guy is just
darn good and that's all there is to it. He'll do well because he is
diligent, creative and seems to have a good team of support. You should go
out and give his place a try - either for cowboy style horse riding up into
the hills or for catering events.
So if you want the best the American south has
to offer for not too much cash layout, I highly recommend this place for a
day's outing.
Turns out, I have been
to this place before. Back then it was called: Ramblin' Breeze Riding
Academy. Here is the link to that page: http://www. |

This has got to be
the most magnificent dog in the American history of Dobermans. I am
proud to say that I had a positive influence on her life when she was younger.
She has a good life and is well loved. I still miss her. (Nasty divorce and
all that sort of thing...) |
